About BAM Press

BAM Press was established in spring of 2010 to publish a series of movie review books

grouping the movies together by theme under the Movies About … name.

The authors wanted a different kind of movie review from the usual flock.

The review is a short synopsis where you get a feeling for the content and this

will help you decide whether it is a film you’d like to view or not. Having the

Movies About… books at your fingertips will let you find some older and lesser known

films that have vanished from current discussion and from the theaters.

The first book in the series is Movies About Weddings

where over 700 movies with weddings in them have been reviewed in 320 pages.

The second book is Movies About Christmas and covers over 450 films

within 256 pages. We had to close the title of the book before reaching the

450 film mark, so over 400 is listed on the cover.

within256 pages. We’re working on volume 2.
